To connect to XSI server, we need a valid Directory User ID for each group (customer). This has to be a valid user which is in use and cannot be a virtual port. It is used as a placeholder for the 'Enterprise' so we can perform a 'directory' lookup of all users / group level services. We do not require a full list of users in the group.
We need a single user ID from the group to focus on that user's directory for set-up. Each user in the group will see the directory in the same way, so it doesn't matter which user is chosen, the API just requires one. However, this user must exist for Tollring to work properly, so we need to pick a user ID that will not change, perhaps the first DDI in the group.
